Delivery times
Orders are packed within 1–2 business days. Australian metro deliveries usually arrive in 2–5 business days; regional areas and New Zealand take 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs
Flat-rate shipping is calculated at checkout in your local currency. Clay cookware ships within Australia only and always carries a flat shipping fee due to weight.
Returns & damages
For food-safety reasons we can't accept returns on opened spice kits. If anything arrives damaged, incorrect or past its best-before date, email us within 14 days with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you in full.
Missing or delayed orders
If your tracking hasn't moved for five business days, get in touch and we'll chase the carrier and, if needed, resend your order.
