One blend.
When I started in hospitality twenty years ago, I had one ambition โ to do good work, and to bring honest, lovable food to the table.
One kitchen became many. With each new venue the same problem grew louder: finding chefs who truly understood spice โ not just the names, but the why. What does a spice do? How does it change with heat, with cream, with a different protein, a different mood?
So I built the answer myself. A blend that didn't need a virtuoso to come alive. A foundation of slow-roasted tomato, cashew, and warm aromatics โ calibrated so anyone could put chef-style food on the table.
Over the years that single blend became four kits โ Butter Chicken, Korma, the One For All Magic Mix, and a Tandoori Fire BBQ. Each one is versatile by design. Vegan or dairy. Mild or fierce. Low-FODMAP. Gluten-free. The blend bends to your kitchen โ never the other way round.
I've poured nearly a million dollars and most of my adult life into getting this right. It's not about being Indian, or any one cuisine. It's just my style. Raizada style. Honest, generous, full of feeling.
