Build the base
Sauté onion, garlic and ginger in oil until soft and golden.

Stir in 2 tbsp of Curry Magic and toast for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Pour in passata or coconut milk and bring to a simmer.

Add chicken, lamb or vegetables and simmer until cooked through.
